Come join us in the immersive dome at Market Hall for this fundraising event. A multi-sensory journey that will awaken the feminine force of creativity, power, and energy within you. As we move through Yoga and Pilates-based movement, enveloped in breath-taking visuals with the sound of empowering anthems of female singers. Uplifting movement and soul-stirring music for an unforgettable and joyous experience with a beautiful meditation to end the session.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as those who are more experienced in Yoga or Pilates.

Yoga mats are not provided so please bring your own, and please bring a water bottle.
