Description

A music, sound and visual celebration of Devonport created by local primary school children.

Devonport Footprints has been created by children from Mount Wise, St Jopseh’s, The Cathedral School and Marlborough primary schools as part of the 200th anniversary of Devonport’s foundation.

Working with Sonopera, a south-west based music education company, the children have co-created music, soundscapes and images that explore their community’s past, present and future.

These free screenings are an opportunity for friends and family to come and enjoy the final pieces and celebrate the creativity of all involved.

This project is supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
